• 2.1.8 You shall be courteous and avoid any abusive or obscene comments towards other players using the Website and the support agents employed by GANATUPARLEY S.R.L. • 3.1 In order to place bets and deposits on the Website, you must first open a personal account (Account). These investigations may include the use of certain third party companies carrying out investigations, such as authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification services to verify the User`s identity, and/or fraud prevention agencies. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L may, at its sole discretion, close the Account and withhold all balances if the results of these investigations are negative or uncertain. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• 3.5 GANATUPARLEY S.R.L reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification procedures, including the submission of due diligence documents, when processing deposits or withdrawals on your account, in accordance with legal obligations and internal policies. It is your responsibility to ensure that all documents used in the due diligence procedures are genuine. Falsified documents may lead to the confiscation of funds and the rejection of such documents. These verification procedures shall be carried out within a reasonable time frame. For the avoidance of doubt, we may delay the payment of funds to your account until these verification procedures have been carried out.
• 3.6 All payment transactions are checked to prevent money laundering. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L and any regulatory or administrative body may request the monitoring or investigation of all transactions for the purpose of preventing crime. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L will report suspicious transactions to the relevant competent authorities. We will also immediately report any suspicious activity related to our games to the relevant authorities if we become aware of it. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L may freeze or close your account and withhold your account balance in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws and regulations.
• 3.7 GANATUPARLEY S.R.L reserves the right to refuse to open an individual`s account or to freeze or close an account at any time, without any explanation, if we consider, in our sole discretion, that continuing the business relationship with you may have a negative impact on our license and general regulatory obligations or on any of our services. However, contractual obligations already made by GANATUPARLEY S.R.L shall be respected, without prejudice to any rights available to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L by law.
• 3.8 You can log in to your account at any time and check your account history, including deposits, bonus credits, winnings, bets and withdrawals. If you notice any errors, you must report them to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L immediately so that they can be investigated and corrected if necessary.
• 3.9 In the event of an erroneous credit, winnings or other funds being credited to the User`s Account, the User must immediately report this to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L via email or chat. The amount credited erroneously remains the property of GANATUPARLEY S.R.L without exception and the User must immediately refund the said amount from the Account to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L. In the event of a withdrawal of the erroneously credited funds, the User will be considered a liquidated debtor to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L for the amount of the withdrawal, which must be repaid immediately. All bets made using the erroneously credited credits, winnings or other funds will be void.
• 3.10 If no transactions have been made on the Account for 12 consecutive months, the User`s Account will be considered dormant. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L will inform the User by email at least one month before the Account becomes dormant. The User can reactivate the Account by logging in to it. If, after your account is deemed dormant, GANATUPARLEY S.R.L is unable to contact you despite reasonable efforts, GANATUPARLEY S.R.L will take an administration fee from your account equal to the greater of 5% per month or $5.00 per month. The dormant account fee may result in your account balance being reduced to zero. The administration fee will only be refunded upon proof of ill health or other reasonable cause during the dormant period of your account.
• 3.11 No interest will be paid on your account balance, regardless of its amount. Therefore, you shall not treat GANATUPARLEY S.R.L as a financial institution in any way.
• 3.12 You understand and acknowledge that GANATUPARLEY S.R.L strictly prohibits fraud and collusion by its users. If we reasonably believe that fraud or collusion has occurred, we reserve the right to void any bets that appear to have been made as a result of such activity and/or to confiscate all funds from your account and close it. Any user who has reasonable grounds to believe that another player is obtaining an unfair advantage through cheating or collusion must report this to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L via email or chat.
• 3.13 Transferring funds to another user`s account is prohibited and vice versa.
• 3.14 You agree not to hack the Website or modify its code in any way. You also agree not to use any robot, automatic, mechanical, electronic or other device to make automated decisions on the Website, whether attempted or acted upon by you or any third party. If we reasonably believe that such devices, or any external resources designed to give players an unfair advantage, are being used on the Website, we reserve the right to void any bets that appear to have been made using such devices. We may suspend any Account that is the subject of an investigation and close the Account at our sole discretion. We consider the use of such devices to be akin to fraud and in such cases reserve the right not to refund any balances at the time the Account is closed.
• 3.15 GANATUPARLEY S.R.L does not provide services to users who are considered to be Politically Exposed Persons (Foreign PEPs). If you are determined to be a Foreign PEP at any stage, your account will be closed and all deposits will be returned. If you do not agree with the determination that you are a Foreign PEP, please contact us by email or chat.

• 4.1 We reserve the right to close your account and void all winnings if we believe, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that the name of the payment instrument used to deposit and withdraw funds from your account is not your own. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L prohibits corporate use.
• 4.2 GANATUPARLEY S.R.L accepts bets in various currencies. Users must select one of these as the default currency for their account. Funds transferred to GANATUPARLEY S.R.L in a currency other than the one selected by the user will be converted to the user`s default currency using the exchange rate at the time. All exchange rate costs shall be borne by the user.
• 4.3 After opening an Account, the User must make a minimum deposit before he can start betting and playing. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts can be found on the Deposit page of the User`s Account on the Website. The User agrees to bet and play only with funds available in the Account.
• 4.4 GANATUPARLEY S.R.L reserves the right to impose reasonable fees reflecting the direct costs of withdrawals. In addition, additional external bank processing fees may apply, outside of our control. Such withdrawal fees will be displayed on the Withdrawal page of the User`s Account.
• 4.5 It is illegal to deposit funds obtained by fraudulent means. In accordance with applicable law, GANATUPARLEY S.R.L will transfer funds using the same method used to deposit funds into the User`s Account. Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of the registered Account holder. GANATUPARLEY S.R.L reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal in order to implement a closed loop or to request the User to make the withdrawal to a specific payment method.
• 4.6 Credits are not permitted. It is the responsibility of the User to maintain sufficient funds in the Account and to place bets accordingly. Gambling transactions will not be completed if the Account balance is insufficient. The Company reserves the right to void any bets inadvertently made or accepted if the User does not have sufficient funds in the Account to cover all bets.
• 4.7 The time it takes for a withdrawal to be processed varies depending on the circumstances, but usually takes between 3-5 working days.

This includes the inability to place bets or to view or receive information related to a particular game.
• 5.3 In the event of an accepted game round that is interrupted or disconnected for any reason, all User transactions have been accurately recorded. Uncompleted game rounds will usually be restored when the game is resumed or, if this is not possible, they will be deleted by GANATUPARLEY S.R.L and the bet amount will be refunded to the User`s account.
• 5.4 GANATUPARLEY S.R.L reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the User, to make the Website and/or certain games temporarily unavailable. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of these circumstances.

• 7.2.6 Perform any action that is or may be harmful to the IP rights of GANATUPARLEY Do anything that damages the image or reputation of S.R.L, its employees, directors, officers and consultants.
• 7.3 The User guarantees that any name or image (e.g. username) used by the User in connection with the Website or the Games will not infringe any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party or be offensive to others. The User grants GANATUPARLEY S.R.L a worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free and sublicensable permission to use such name and image for any purpose related to the Website or the Games, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

• 8.1 To lodge a claim regarding the Website, please contact the Customer Support Team following the instructions on the Website. Claims regarding a specific game must be filed within 7 calendar days of the occurrence of the matter. Claims regarding other matters, including payments, account suspension and bonus calculations, must be filed within 1 calendar month of the occurrence of the matter.
• 8.2 Claims will be handled by the Customer Support Team and will be escalated within GANATUPARLEY S.R.L if the support agents are unable to resolve the matter immediately. The User shall be reasonably informed of the status of the claim. The Company shall always endeavour to resolve the claim in the shortest possible time, and in normal circumstances within 14 working days.

• 9.1 If the provisions of these Terms of Use are violated or there are reasonable grounds for suspecting such a violation, the Company reserves the right to refuse to open, suspend or close the User`s Account, to withhold payment of winnings and to apply any balance in the User`s Account as damages. • 9.2 In the event that GANATUPARLEY S.R.L is dissolved or effectively ceases its operations, the User shall be notified in advance. After the notification, GANATUPARLEY S.R.L shall be liable to fulfil the obligations arising from these Terms of Use until the date of effective dissolution or termination.
• 9.3 These Terms of Use are published in multiple languages for the purposes of information and convenience, however the English version of these Terms of Use shall prevail over any other language version.
